Great stock on Halloween costumes!! I'm pleasantly surprised they had popular characters still in stock so close to Halloween. The system where you tell the person with the tablet which costume # and you pick it up at double doors is genius!!! Thank you!!!

Great customer service! I came in to get some balloons, I hadn't noticed the package I was purchasing had a tiny hole in one of the balloons.  The associate was quick to notice, advised me and switched them out. So thankful, it saved me a trip back if they had deflated. 🤗

The staff helped me right away when I asked for a costume that they had already had boxed up. I like this party city better than the one off the expressway 83 in McAllen.
