My experience at Academy in Pasadena Texas was outstanding The store was cool not too cold very clean the employees that I interacted with were highly knowledgeable extremely courteous and respectful, yes they have handicap axis shopping experience was excellent. keep up the great work thank . I bought a set of reebok steel toe shoes, I was surprised how cute they were for women. I also kept asking the shoe department lady for help and she wasn't complaining or anything. This store is very nice and polite. Quality management.

Almost walked out without anything I was looking for because I couldn't find it. I was lucky enough to run into Brittany who was a great help and searched with me to find what the items I needed. academy needs to do a better job stocking shelfs but Brittany gets 5 stars all the way.

If I could give no star or negative stars I will. I purchased the 10x10 tent they have at the entrance yesterday. Today I opened it at the park because sun was hot, the top didnt come with it. When I left the park I took it back. Explained what I needed to a CSR, she did not care, wanted to charge $13 more due to store policy because no receipt but it is obvious she didnt explained that. I replied I only needed to "" even exchange "" I requested to talk to supervisor she also said the same thing. I am 38 weeks pregnant they made me walk to the truck for a receipt I told her I couldn't find it. They both insisted I was getting lowest price due to store policy, it was obvious that they did not care. All I needed it was a complete tent. I have spent a lot of $$$ because of my child's games. I said let me have my tent she handed it back without the shopping cart I had so I said can I have the cart I cant carry it just like that. WORST CUST. SERVICE EVER. I try my best to keep calm but they both did not care, so I left to another Academy walked in asked if I could exchange, told CSR I have no receipt , they asked for my license walked in 5 min with a complete tent..... couldnt they do the same at the other store..... I dislike stores with ungreatful staff.

Much better than our Academy in Pearland. Employees were very helpful and the checkout was quick.
