If I could post no stars, I would. Pharmacy staff here is horrendous. If you are interacting with the public, at least PRETEND to be sincere. Customer service is severely lacking here. Also, if you know the prescription is going to take 3 hours to fill, tell the customer 3 hours... Not your default 1 hour answer just to have customers waste their time at this location to be told differently.

Have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. Especially that rude pretentious tech Michelle or Melissa or something. Had a pharmacist tell her she was wrong and to step away and she wouldn't. Just the worst. Have to constantly call and check on prescriptions because if you don't, it will NEVER get filled. Find a different pharmacy. This one is awful!

Always Mass confusion with the pharmacy. The only person that has ever been able to help me is Gilbert. It's sad to see a business and Pharmacy with potential. Retrain your employees. It Shouldn't take 5 days to get a prescription. I talked to him and within 15 seconds what I needed done was done. It seems he is more knowledgeable than the pharmacist. Maybe he should be doing the training over there. Walgreens get it together already. Look at these reviews

Gilbert said he had filled a prescription to order my nephews formula because its a over the counter formula and it was supposed to be ready right now and when we called they said he didnt even put it in the system so now my nephew has 2 bottles worth of milk left and we have no clue when they can get more to us. He also told us we could call the other pharmacys ourself when we asked if he could contact them to see if another place had it.

I've tried to refill my prescription for a week and they just keep canceling it. I have 4 refills left of a common prescription, go online and click refill. It says it'll be ready at a certain time. I check to status later on and it's as if I never tried to refill it. No call or anything they just cancel it. The other Walgreens I used before I moved had automated voice mails they'd leave if it couldn't be filled by my selected time. Last time I tried to call this Walgreens a few months ago they didn't even have calls set up! They had a different prescription on hold for days just to get insurance pricing then canceled it. I'll just use the other Walgreens that's further away. I don't understand how a place can be so horrible.
