Great staff, nice food selections and interesting house cocktails. Their margarita menu is pretty awesome! Nice dessert options as well, which is rare. Very accommodating to people with small children and that's a rarity.

My wife and I had an excellent dinner and excellent overall experience at Acapulco. Our waiter was Paco and he was great!! The food was most excellent, plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend the Glendale Acapulco.

A large group of us came in for dinner. We all had different things on the menu. I took one look at the menu and knew we were in an over priced mexican restaurant. The service was quick and we had plenty of chips and salsa. You can taste that the oil in the deep fryer hasn't been changed in a while. We had just driven 12 hrs and we were starving. The server was nice but after a 5 minute talk about how we should order margaritas and then telling us it was too late to split the check (when we hadn't ordered yet, only drinks) it was just not what we needed. We took like 10 minutes just splitting the money and seeing how much a group of 10 needed to split for tax. Anyways, service aside, the food was mediocre for the price. I had a tortilla soup I was going to share with a toddler but it was so spicy. I like spicy and I enjoyed it but I couldn't share it. I also tasted the enchiladas and they were not flavorful and the chicken was dry, not worth 12 dollars. They make it look like you get a huge plate of food but it's just the plate. It's okay though because I wouldn't want more of the food anyway.

I have been eating here all week. The food has always been great. The service has been awesome.

The service was very slow. We waited for over 20 minutes for fajitas that were barely warm, and not understanding why there were potato wedges in the beef fajitas when there was no mention of them on the menu. My husband's steak was very well done, to the point of charcoal. The chocolate milk the kids got was poorly mixed, with lumps of powder. EDITED TO ADD: The manager did come over to talk to us and comped the meal for all the problems. And apparently the potato wedges in the fajitas were introduced earlier in the year. We will cautiously try this location again.
