I advise AGAINST buying from this store.

I purchased a book less than 12 hrs ago. Haven't even opened it yet. A former student gave me their copy from last semester when they found out I purchased it last night. I was told I cannot return the new book yet was never made aware of their ridiculous return policy during purchase, very shady business practices. The manager (GM130) shorter, dark hair, round face with facial hair told me it's their policy to not return books after the first week of classes "because you should know whether you need it or not." His attitude coupled with this ridiculous policy has made sure I will never shop there for textbooks again. I've sent an email via their 'contact us' detailing the complaint.I will take this matter to the BBB if I haven't heard back from their complaint department promptly.

It does not make sense to have a due date before your last class. I have a class in the morning, and luckily I do not need to take makeup test (which would have required my book), so I decided to come to bookstore today. I find out they are closed and they are not open tomorrow when I recall earlier in semester they had Saturday hours. This bookstore does not make it easy for people who have a Monday- Friday 8-5 job. I suggest a "drop box" or expand your hours. Now I'm going to have to pay a late fee.
