I purchased a dugout there and with realizing that it had a fault to the product I paid $25 for it. I live 30 minuets away and I DID NOT EVEN USE IT and they denied me a return or even a trade in for equal value and in less than 24 hours. I will never go back. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Been going here for a few years now + every time literally is a good experience. 4 stars because no business is perfect. The staff will greet me as soon as I make those darn door bells chime (my Pop used to have these hanging on the inside of his door way back in the day so there’s a bit of nostalgia that kicks in, lol..) All in all, super friendly staff + warm ambience. Yes, I have visible tattoos/piercings + have been discriminated against in other places of business (I know I'm not alone on this one), but here I don't feel like such an outsider. I feel like I'm the same as anyone else. This place knows how to keep their people coming back.

Pretty discriminatory. If you are clean cut, well dressed, no tattoos, or piercings, they think your a cop out to sting and treat you accordingly. Twice this happened to me. Both times, the "help" was kind of a Dick.

The staff has been rude both times I visited this place. I called to ask a question about a product I bought from them and the guy on the phone was super short and told me to call the number on the label and straight hung up on me. That’s not good customer service. I’m spending money in your establishment and you can’t answer a question about it? Super rude.. I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money. Your loss!!
