I bought a car from these people and not 2 months of having the car the battery went dead, struts went out, and it was leaking coolant. Woody nor the owner did not try at all to accommodate me or take responsibility at all. Woody kept telling  me lie after lie, acting as he was trying to help but he was just buying time. The owner Never got in touch with me after I left several of messages for him to contact me about the issues with the car. I would not recommend my worst enemy to buy a car from this place!!!!!!!
I figured you respond "Woody" with story telling... Let's set the record straight! You gave me the run around from the very beginning, Let's be clear here you sold me a LEMON and you know it... As of today 10/30/17 the car has been giving me several problems last week 10/26/17 while I was driving on the highway the car lost power in the middle of the highway on 40 East. I could have lost my life to that it was the wiring, which I got fix, and today 10/30/17 I just had to get that piece of a car towed at 12:40 cause while I was driving the water pumped busted which you were aware of.. So I don't tell lies I'm stating FACTS and have records to back  it up... Let's not start on my Husband car he also purchased from you as of today he has to put 1500 hundred dollars of work into it and he only had that car a little over an month.. Your selling high price JUNK cars!!!!

If anyone is looking to buy a great used car this is the place to go. The salesman are very nice and helpful the owner is an awesome person. This is where  to go for a nice used car or truck. They will do you right.

Access Auto has always been great to me and my family. they listened to what i need, knew my budget and worked out a very good financing plan,the salesman was very polite and answered all my questions, they explain things that i would not have thought about. I will definitely use them again and again

Thank access auto, I love my car my kids my wife loved too, I tried lot off dealer to trade my car and get another one, they all want to screw me in the trade in til I get to you through a friend who recommended you, I’ve been treated with respect get more money for my trade in car and get a good price in my 2010 Nissan Maxima I’ll definitely recommended you to every one I know. Thank you again.

I just had a great experience doing something that I TOTALLY dreaded!!! I bought a car... 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! The people at Access Auto were so helpful and informative!! It's a very friendly atmosphere and I couldn't be happier!!
