Went in at 7:30 am as directed, still waiting 2 hours later. People coming in after I did getting taken right in. Had a emergency but no consideration for a guy with half his face swollen and having difficulty swallowing. Head hurting so bad thought it might blow off my shoulders. Won't attempt again. Not sure of the quality of the technician but if the desk staff is any indication, stay away. One last thing, i was paying full price, not a low income discount. You'd think that alone wouldve got some consideration. Just got back from a dentist that wanted to put me in the hospital.

Terrible place to go if you actually have insurance. Receptionist are very lazy. Dont want to look anything to find coverage.

For the first time yesterday i had a good dental visit dr kala smith understood my fear and was very nice i will be requesting her ever time i go she made sure i was num all the way before she started pulling my teeth thank you dr kala smith you were awesome
