Fast. The staff here does an excellent job. The entire visit took maybe 30 minutes tops. Much better than the experience I had at an urgent care off of memorial.

They closed all their branches early because of a dusting of snow. I mean, I totally understand closing if we would have gotten freezing drizzle/rain, maybe an inch of snow or more. But the roads aren't bad. I know, because I drove all the way to this location only to find a dark building. I had no idea they decided to close all their offices because the weather got cold.

Always very professional, very kind -- I feel well-heard and well-cared-for. I'd recommend them to anyone.

This facility is great! I always feel like my questions are valued and answered. The staff are always willing to answer my questions and listen to any concerns I might have.
