I will never go to that place again!! I went there after hours and I experienced a PA who is very unprofessional, uncompassionate, not helpful and rude. She should not be in a healthcare at all period. I took my child who had ear infection and was in PAIN. The PA insisted on giving him the antibiotics that never works for him in the past while I was telling her it never worked for him. As a mother, I know what medicine works for my child from the past history but she refused to change it and she was very rude and loud. She has no compassion at all! It was a very horrible experience. We left worst than we came.

Great experience in and out in 30 minutes they didn't talk to me like I was an idiot. Staff is both courteous and knowledgeable. Wrote me scripts for what I needed and suggested over the counter drugs. 10/10 will return.

Sunday morning, checked in quickly and seen within 20 minutes. Excellant, caring PA Jacque answered all my questions and explained what I should expect in the coming weeks.

Horrible wait time!!! Just left the office without even being seen. Waited for over 45 minutes just to get checked. Finally got called to check in and was told it would be about another 1.5 to 2 hours before I would even get seen. That is horrible patient care. Decided to check in at access medical online. Will be seen in about 30 minutes.

Don't get sick on a weekend. Expect wait times of about 2 hours and incompetent doctors over the weekend. No apologies for wait times and obvious lack of operational intelligence.
