Can't say enough good things about Dr. Zimmerman! Amazing "bedside manner"! We walked in with our baby Morgan suffering with heart failure, and walked out with her feeling great and has been since. From reception to payment we where thoroughly pleased with our service!! Our follow up visit went just as smooth. Highly recommended

My pet Tiny was suffering for the past 3 days and couldn't get up so I took him here asap. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very nice. They put me in a room and the doctor came to tell me that Tiny might have had a stroke or something along those lines OR there might've been something going on with his brain. Doctor told me it costs about $150 dollars extra if i wanted him to be seen by the neurologist, but he ended up checking my dog for free. Turns out Tiny did have a Tumor in his brain so it was best for me to put him down (which was one of the hardest things for me to go through). The whole process and care they gave towards my best friend was spectacular. I am grateful towards every single one of the staff members and helping me through this rough time. May my best friend RIP.

Their tech, Maria, is very rude. Telling me that they have critical patients and can’t accomodate us at the moment. Dr. Sawyer and Dr. Baldanza are great, but I’ll still choose the Culver City branch since the techs there are much more experienced and know how to speak to pet parents. Obviously, I know you have critical patients!!! But don’t treat us, PAYING parents with such discern, she NEVER HAD A SMILE, always acting like she’s the boss and soooooo busy!!! A little respect would help but she had NONE!!’ Obviously, Access is an emergency center, but telling me you have critical patients, when my pet is dying! Is a NO! I’m a doctor for humans and I’ve never had the experience of a tech telling my patients they have people that are more important than my terminally ill baby. I love this group, they’ve been good to me and Sakhi, thru her leukemia, from the get go... but they have to train their techs better. WE ARE PAYING BIG MONEY FOR TREATMENT!!! I’ve spent $24,000 on my baby so far, I have no regrets as long as I get one more day with her. BUT THIS LADY.... She even forgot about me and I had to keep on going to the front desk to ask when the doctor has a chance with me. I totally relate, it gets busy, but techs like Maria, are self absorbed and don’t care about anyone. I don’t want her lose her job, I know life is tough, but I hope Access Southbay, trains their techs better...even during history, she made me feel like I was being interviewed. Past illness present illness history should be questioned in a different way, also the med history ... a little more time or at least pretend you have time, or at least ask the questions and give a moment for the parent to answer....she was jumping around asking one thing then another, as if she was so busy!!!! A little respect would help!!! Thank you

This place seems more like a waiting room for your car than for your dog. It's very cold and septic. The receptionists are unfriendly and everything takes forever. They put me in a freezing room for 40 minutes without my dog to wait for the doctor. I'm disappointed that my vet recommends this place.

Took Hoover to them. He was limping and crying. He stayed with them til tonight! They took great care of him and they loved his chit chat with them! Thank you team for taking care of Hoover
