I would like to highly recommend John Farrell (no relation) for any of your home buying needs.  John went over and above for me when I relocated to Florida from New York.  He follows up promptly and efficiently to any situation. I cannot recommend him enough.

If I could give a zero, I would. Agent Carmin Maurice is the worst realtor that I have ever dealt with. He claims he is a "landlord" for a property he does not own and likes to yell at tenants over the phone. I would not move into any property owned or managed by Carmin Maurice as he is the definition of a "slumlord." It took him over 2 months to fix leaks in the bathroom. When he did come to actually fix it, he did a very poor job and actually tried to cut out the wet wood. Upset that he had to replace the bathroom vanity, he refused to fix the vent in the bathroom. After many calls for him to come fix the vent in the bathroom he finally came after we threatened to call someone who could check for mold. Currently, he is trying to evict us from our apartment unjustly. Rent gets paid on time every month. Unless you like horrible living conditions and horrible customer service, do not rent under Carmin Maurice. Furthermore, what type of company would keep a realtor who would tell the clients who he sales to "the owner of our property" to not abide by a lease. This experience causes me to question the accountability of the entire company.
