We have a great relationship and have had great success with Gibson Group for several years now.  They manage properties for our team and do a fantastic job.   Great group and especially Rosy! I have been renting with Gibson for over 4 years now, and in a few different properties. They are always professional, available and worked with me when needed. I previously rented from a company that stole my down payment and rented my unit to another person at the same time. It was hard to be trusting again, but I am happy to work with them and will rent from them as long as I can.

The worst company I've ever met. Not sure what anyone does there to begin with.  Horrible customer service. Terrible people all around.  They will never fix anything so don't bother calling maintenence...the fancy website shouldn't fool you. It's an office full of retarded people.

Once again, the Gibson Group has pushed another customer away. At the start, when the original owner was alive, we got the best service from them. Things were kept up and fixed at a timely manor and everyone was nice and pleasant to speak to. When the company went into new ownership, the service died with him. Anyone that answers the phone at the office now has an attitude, the maintenance man is unreliable and has half a clue to what he is doing, and worst of all is the attitude we got from Rosie herself. We have been renting from them for 5 years and never gave them a problem but when the new maintenance man started we turned into the worst tenants in the world over night. 2 years of never being late with rent they "upgraded" us to a "better" apartment. We ended up with a very nice apartment with close to no hot water, ants in and outside of the house, a gate that doesn't latch (because of the maintenance man) to the point that when a strong wind blows by, the gate swings back and forth. When we asked for help with the insects we were told that we are on our own. When asked for the gate to be looked at he cut the bottom of the gate off to fix it but made it a lot worse. When asked about the hot water we were told that it's our fault because of the shower head that we are using. AC service techs were here to work on the air conditioner and broke the door and after reporting it to the leasing office we are being blamed for it. At the end, we are being forced out and loose our security deposit to damages that we did not do. The Gibson Group of today is a JOKE with terrible management and we will never do business with them or anyone associated with them ever again!!!!!
