I came to see an apartment for my son and daughter in law who were moving from out of state this year, and I have nothing but positive things to say about Avana Cypress Creek and the management team. I have always felt welcome and taken care of. From the moment I leased the apartment, we had a very good experience. Each time I come to the office, Daisy who is one of the managers always addresses any issues I have in a timely manner and superb professionalism. 
I am very thankful for them. Thank you for all you do everyday!

This is an amazing place to call home. The staff goes ABOVE and Beyond to welcome you. The amenities surpass your expectations.  Why wouldn't you want to live here!  I wish I could give them a higher rating. Noelle and his team are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and enjoy it. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The only downfall is the lack of parking after 9pm and the rates are a little high for the size of the units but it’s a great open floor plan. DEBI KORIS is the community Manager and has been great to work with and has exceeded any customer service experience we’ve had since being here and Greystar should be grateful to have her as part of their team because she’s  a great representation of how the team should be towards the residents. Joel has been a great addition to the team as well and is very respectful and helpful.

Living at Avana has been a horrible experience. The current staff is rude and demeaning. The leasing girl janet is as smart as a door knob everytime I go to the office on a weekend she’s either clueless or blames any issues or concern I have on previous staff member in which I feel is defamation-and has nothing to do with my concerns. Previous management were amazing and did a great job.... Rita Amanda Dominique bonnie were the best Avana had to offer. Since this new staff as come in the property has fell way way down the hill the community is half empty because of the lack of respect given to black pple or minority unless your Spanish. Noel is so rude and needs to be FIRED effective immediately. The other manager is also rude. They need to hire an entire new staff.  I have been given bill after bill regarding utilities that are higher then a cable or cell phone bill combined with no explanation other then lies after lies or told deal with it or get out ... they will say or do anything to get in the door it’s a horrible run down community. I was at the pool the other day and saw a stripper with a white guy that had her doing horrible acts my boyfriend went over to them and asked them what are they doing and questioned who helped them to move in and they stated Janet then told my boyfriend the apartment is under the guys mothers name my boyfriend thought to himself how fraudulent .Don’t bother ever renting at this complex the units are small high rent bad location and the worst staff i have ever encountered. We pay over 2000 to live here and our lease is up in July and can’t wait to run far away from this horrible place and water bills that will have you contacting a lawyer in which we are and will. I have sent and email to the ceo and any executive that will respond if not my lawyers will assist.

I have been residing at Avana since last August 2017to current with no intentions to renew, and have been the target of discrimination unwanted attacks on myself and family.

The current staff and property manager have been anything but professional and I’m sure company policy states opposite. Due to the nature of this email I would advise that this ill equip manager be fired for violating fair housing laws.

I received a correspondence for failure to pay utilities as I pay my rent on time since commencement of the lease contract my wife whom is sickly and has been under emotional distress due to the property manager/staff ill and cruel treatment. She has a serious heart condition and comes to the states often to seek medical treatment as we know here in the US the health care system is better suited for my wife’s needs.

Moving forward we have received waters bills in the amount of $600+ with out proper explanation as to why the water/sewer is inflated. Upon request after request for a logically detail and break down of the total charges billed has been difficult and a battle in itself not to mention being policed and accused of smoking pot with no merit or proof just hearsay and speculation not built on solid evidence or facts. As the police officer stated if we are in our dwelling conducting ourselves in accordance with your community rules and regulation that we not be the subject of harassment. It states in the lease that I should be able to live in the comfort of my dwelling and not be disturbed if I’m paying my rent on time.

The property manager Noel and regional manager Pricilla are racist and will only deal with Spanish residents in a highly respected way and offer them the best service possible any race outside that scope is subjected to being yelled at lied to and told “we are getting rid of any resident that came under the previous manager and staff members” this is a huge liability. I work extremely hard as a sales manager for a startup company put myself through college to give my self a better life and decided to live at Avana due to location and minutes to the turnpike I could haven chosen a better location as the property is now run down with a lot of questionable people moving under the new manager but I chose Avana due to the friendly environment and beauty of the complex at the time. Since Noel has motioned into his position it has been a nightmare. Their are plenty of tenants that share the same sentiment  as myself and will be contacting corporate and attorneys as we will not be the subject of harassment or discrimination as outlined in the lease contract.

I have spoken to the regional whom continues to scream at me with force and hang up the phone when logic presents itself she is paid a hefty salary to remedy or investigate matters that arise she falls short I have contacted Gary crane as well as executive management and again Greystar as failed to respond. I’ve exhausted all resources and will further escalate this matter as I will not be taken advantaged of. The entire water sewer rollout is questionable as I have contacted the city for a detailed explanation and have all communication with them recorded  and in writing. I have contacted real page and nothing adds up the matrix is insufficient. 

There are staff members in the office stating the water/sewer billed to the property was not covering the cost effectively and was a large expense of the owners and needed to be billed back to the tenants in which is illegal and corrupt to say the least, also placing blame on the previous manager and staff members whom are no longer there I find offensive as a resident to go into an office and have staff members put down previous staff is poor judgment, tasteless and disruptive. They all need to be fired as they are all incompete
