They specialize in air conditioning and furnace repair, as well as air conditioner, furnace, and heat pump installations. Other complimentary services include indoor air quality solutions, preventative maintenance plans, financing options, and ALWAYS 24 hour emergency service!

Dion came out yesterday to repair my AC and even though it was the end of the day and he had to drive in rush hour traffic,  he was super cheerful. Great customer service.!He explained everything and did the repair professionally and quickly. He knows his way around an HVAC system. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I had an awful experience with Ace and A this last time.  I'd used them before to replace my air compressor, and after 8 months, it seemed that's what went out again.  It took an excessively long amount of time to get this fixed (over a week and a half for the compressor issue... yes, there were rain delays, but only for a few days of that time), and in that time they were extremely uncommunicative and very obviously prioritized other jobs over mine.  Every day was a guessing game as to when they had scheduled their technician to come out... no one would call to let me know what block of time to expect him, so I ended up waking up early to call every day (which is a definite inconvenience when you basically work a 2nd shift job.)  Furthermore, they kept scheduling my technician to come out during the afternoon... the job kept getting delayed because he didn't have enough time left in the day to deal with it.  

If the technician (Fred) were to start his own business, I'd follow him there. He was a wonderful help, always helping me understand the problem and what the fixes were. He's also the reason why Ace and A /nearly/ got a 2 star rating from me... but honestly, the company itself was such a frustrating disappointment that I cannot in good conscience give them anything more than the bare minimum in rating.

Please do yourself a favor and call another company for your needs.

I hired Ace and A to install a new AC system to replace my still working, but leaking AC system. They came out and installed it on time on the day scheduled, but the system was producing almost no air pressure, therefore was not cooling. Despite this, they demanded full payment. I said I was reluctant to pay, because the system didn't seem to be working, and that I just wanted it right before they left--fully paid, and me without any leverage. One of the installers became immediately frustrated and threatened to uninstall the whole system if I didn't pay in full immediately. I reiterated that I just wanted it to work and was concerned about the low pressure and that I wanted that resolved before rendering full payment. They offered to send a tech out to look at it, but only AFTER I rendered full payment. This was insane to me. I reiterated that I wanted it to work before I paid in full. So,...they went outside and back into my attic and literally removed the entire system that they had just spent half the day installing and left me with no AC. Then they didn't reinstall my old unit. They just left it disassembled outside and me with no working system. The whole experience was just shocking and insane. Rather than make it right, they literally ripped out the whole new system and left me with no service. How are these folks in biz???

I needed service and repair for my furnace. I was referred to Ace & A HAVC. Upon scheduling an appointment, I was told that the technician Dion would be sent to my home. I was very pleased, because I had read the reviews and each customer expressed their satisfaction with the repairs. I agree with the reviews. Dion proved to be very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.
