We built a house with Stoney River Homes just over 2 years ago, and enjoyed working with them throughout the process. They are very nice people and enjoyable to work with. The only challenge we had was that our porch floor was damaged due to water not running off after 2 years, which is why I am giving them 4 stars. They offered to repair the damage though, which they had no obligation to do. I very much appreciate that, and would overall recommend them. We love our house, and think that it's of very high quality overall.

Excellent builder in Atlanta and Decatur GA area. New homes are very high quality! Pleasure to do business with!!! Definitely recommend!
