Since the mid 1980's Empire Heating and Air has ALWAYS gone out of their way to accommodate my every heat/air issue, be it the dead of winter or the blistering mid summer heat. Beginning with the incredible and courteous office staff understanding my issues and getting me on the service call list asap. The staff always return my calls promptly and keep me in the loop if the tech is running late to the appointment time. The service tech's are extremely knowledgeable and complete the installation or repairs quickly and efficiently and answer all my questions in layman's terms that are understandable. They are neat and tidy in their repairs and always wear shoe covers when entering my home. I have been surprised on more than one occasion when the company owner called me to discuss issues we were having and possible solutions. Who does that anymore??? Company owners don't return calls much less initiate them!!! What a pleasant surprise to have my heat/air problems make it all the way to the TOP.  In my opinion, Empire Heating and Air works together as a team and is "heads above the rest" in their professionalism, knowledge, expertise, business and work ethics!!!!

Have used Empire for 10 years.
They are very professional and have a work force of well trained pros.
They will not stop until you are completely satisfied.
Their prices are reasonable, but their service is second to none

New furnace installed this morning.

Great customer service from first contact until Ken and BJ finished installation this morning (in under 4 hours time).

Prices were good, service prompt and personable.  Plus, Ken and BJ were able to work around an obstacle which saved me a decent amount of money.  

Highly recommend.

This has been our company of choice for service of our heating system for at least 25 years.  They never fail to come promptly and do a good job of maintenance and/or repair.  The service persons are cheerful and polite and respectful of our property.

Empire is the best. I’ve used them for some 15 years and would never use anyone else. Everyone with Empire is a pro! When I downsized for the second time to a small cottage, we learned my heat system was installed in 1984. Chris Adolph gave me a great quote on a new system. It was installed in September and it is fantastic. My installers, BJ and Steven were great. They knew what they were doing. I get my systems checked twice a year. If I could I would give Empire ten stars. I can rely on Empire to keep me cool and warm.
