They have little to no customer service skills. If possible avoid doing any banking transactions with them. The supervisor is rude because she feels important and her life is miserable. They understand they might be your last resort and they treat you like that, with no respect.

Hey U get what U need to get done here. Checks cashed...bills paid. It mite be a tad bit more expensive but ITS CONVIENENT....Just like a convienent store oppose to a grocery store....for example 😁

Do NOT...I repeat...do NOT cash a money order at these places. I cashed a money order at this location yesterday, January 12, 2015. There are fees coming and going. The first thing I disliked about using their service to cash a moneygram money order that was mailed, (Side note. As a favor to the recipient never mail money orders to people unless they are purchased through the post office), was the in spite experience. At this particular location, the young lady who completed the transaction rushed through the process only explaining that 10 dollars of the amount I was cashing would be going on a prepaid credit card. As soon as the transaction was done she went back to her personal phone call. Number two. I call an 800 number to activate my card and during that process I elect to check the balance, before telling me the balance the system informs there's a 0.50¢ fee to check it, and there's no opportunity to opt out of getting the balance. So now I'm down to 9.50. Lastly a hidden transaction fee. I purchased a five dollar pizza from Little Caesar's. Then later on around 9 pm I'm buying groceries. Note, all my groceries were unprepared foods so there's no additional costs to them when I checkout. That all came to about 4.70. Now subtract the cost of the pizza including tax from my $9.50 I should have had at least $2.50 left on the card. Wrong. I use the card to pay for my groceries. Using all the available funds on that card I still owed the cashier 2.80 meaning my card covered less than two dollars of that transaction. So, there's the fee for transactions; fee for checking your balance; and the poor customer service. I already plan on cutting up that card I was given. I will not recommend this place ever to cash a check or money order.
