Highly recommend not using this company. He lost my suit, and when asked about it in the same breath that he says they never lose anything that not long ago they lost another customer's pants. He went through his amazing Q/A process, none of which he did with me during our interaction. He asked me how many items when I came in, and was on the phone when I picked them up and just handed them to me and walked away. Brought in 2nd pair of slacks I bought with the suit, requesting he take another look, but he refused. So I guess since we just moved to this part of Cary, we sought out a drycleaner 2 blocks from our new home just to bring clothes (which he admits the suit is on the receipt), only to accuse him of losing my clothes, to then have to find a less convenient option. I am diabolical. Probably not. He is just arrogant, and knows very little about customer service and finding a reasonable solution to a problem.

Since I do not have many things dry cleaned, I relied on online reviews to find a reputable cleaners to dry clean my son's tux. The owner of Ace Cleaners was very nice and even gave us tips to maximize the life of my son's tux. He did a superb job cleaning and pressing the tux. It was ready within a couple days when I was back in the area to pick it up. I would recommend Ace Cleaners to my friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I had some shirts cleaned here and they applied too much cleaner on the collars and sleeves. What I got back was not a "ring around the collar" but a blue stained collar and cuffs. The owner was a flippant about it. Will never use this cleaner again and am wondering why I can only give a "poor-fair" rating. If given the choice I would give them a "pathetic" rating.

Ruined my uniforms by putting double creases in both shirts and pants. I left there after paying 25.00 just to take to another cleaner. Owner got ill after I showed him how bad they were done. will never go back!!
