Done and done with this place! I picked up 3 sweaters and 3 pants today. Brought them home and hung them up on my hangers and about threw up from the smell. After doing some research it seems that their filters need some cleaning. I took the clothes outside to hopefully air them out (didn't work) and to get the smell out of my house. The clothes are now hanging in my garage until I can take them to a different dry cleaner tomorrow. In addition, one sweater has white marks on it from the way they hung it on the hanger; not sure if it is ruined or not. FInally, they are NEVER opened at 7 am (even though that is when they indicate their store hours hour). You get what you pay for. It seems I paid for a nasty smell, poor customer service and ruined sweaters. Lucky me!

I dropped off a pair of women's dress pants and a coat on Jan 22 2013 that were to be ready to pickup on Jan 24. When I went to pick up my order, the pants were missing. I was told to leave my phone number, they would look for the pants at their other location, and let me know what they find out. After a couple of days of waiting, I dropped by to check on the status of the pants. The person that I was speaking to asked me all the same questions and said the Manager would call me. When I said that it had been two days since I had been last told that the manager would call me, the girl informed me "then we haven't found your pants yet. We will call you when we find them." I asked what would happen if they didn't find them. She said she didn't know. I asked how long this process would take; she said she couldn't know how long it would take to find the pants. I found this irritating. What I was asking, and did spell out in plain English, was how long does the company allow to find missing garments, before they call the customer to resolve the issue. She said about two weeks. I have made several calls over the past two weeks to the "other location" where the manager is supposed to be, and I either "just missed her", "she's gone for the day", or "she will be in later", but she is NEVER available to take my call. I have asked for her cell phone number, and was told "we cant give out personal information" so I have repeatedly asked to have her call me. She has not responded. My last visit to my location resulted in the clerk becoming confrontational, simply because she was frustrated that she couldn't answer any of my questions. She told me "not to take my frustration out on her." This is laughable; all I want are answers on 1) where are the pants, 2)why hasn't ANYONE returned my phone calls, 3) now that 3 full weeks have passed in this "two week" process, how much longer should I wait to receive compensation for a $98 pair of pants. FYI - this business has a Better Business Bureau rating of "F" for not responding to complaints. Summary - Incompetent staff, terrible service, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
