I love coming to Kay Jewlers because of Tina she is amazing she picked out the perfect ring for me with a great deal. She has amazing customer service and always puts a smile on my face. She goes above and beyond to help everyone that walks in. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else to get your jewelry. Best customer service and prices.

I was shopping for a last minute holiday gift while visiting family from out of town. Tina went over and above to help me and her customer service was fantastic. She got me a great deal and her positive energy was infectious. I wish more people had her work ethic. I will definitely be sending local friends and family there in the future.

If I could write negative stars I would! this store is completely unprofessional. I have always had good service at other stores but this one is by far the worst. I have called numerous times about my engagement ring being resized and no one tells me anything but it has been over 2 weeks. They just keep hanging up on me. if you can go to another store do! You will get terrible service if you do

My fiancé and I absolutely love coming here! We received a level of customer service that we could not find elsewhere.  I cannot speak highly enough of Franklin - incredibly helpful, friendly, and greets us with a smile every time we walk in, makes us feel like family and caters to our specific needs. This kind of experience is what you look for when you're buying things to last a lifetime. We have purchased an engagement ring and wedding jewelry from this business, and will continue to visit here for years to come!

Me and my fiance have been going here for years, making purchases, but yesterday we went and got treated so rude by an Arabic lady who looked like she wasn't interested in helping us from the get, and lied to me about the store! Well she got cussed out, by me, and we took our business elsewhere, we won't be going back until she is fired.
