BEST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER!!! My initial interaction was over the phone, to which there was a miscommunication & I was upset. Out of the blue, my phone rings and it's Tony from the store. Tony is calling to apologize for the miscommunication that had occurred earlier in the day. I was shocked! Businesses don't do this type of thing anymore...calling to apologize to a customer! Wow! Tony asked what he could do to make the situation right for me, even going as far as having my item I was looking for, shipped down from one of the other locations so I didn't have to go out of my way. AMAZING! I picked up my item with ease & was able to meet and personally thank the man that turned my day around, and my vision of his establishment! These guys provide top notch, high quality, excellent customer service...I should know, I'm a Sales Trainer! My business will now and forever be with Tony and his Team!

Always roll out red carpet for me and my friends. Took watch in to get fixed that other jeweler said could not fixed. Fixed fast and for the low low. Thanks

Tony, Ann, Faye and the whole staff treat you like family. I have been shopping with them since 1996. They have cared for all of my jewelry needs for all of my important life milestones. The births of my children, engagement, wedding, birthday, valentines, sweetest day, mother's day, just because gifts you name it. The quality of their diamonds and overall jewelry are impeccable. I recommend MJ Diamonds if you are looking for a fun, family, exceptional service and one of a kind jewelry for any reason or season. I moved away 10 years ago and I still only shop with them. I have to see my family at MJ Diamonds!! Love them😍😘
