This place would be great if I could just get in and out in a reasonable timeframe. Products are available (unless it is locked to the hanger) help on the back end to get you what you need is great. The problem is that as soon as you find what you need and wish to purchase it you must be ready for the commitment of standing in line for a LONG time. Last time I was standing in line with 8 other people, the person in front of me requested the young man with a "I Pooped today" button that he should request backup since the line was long, his response was "we only have 3 other people on staff, two are managers and one does not know how to run the register" Looking back to the rear of the store, I see an older man wandering around asking people if he can help people find something.........why do you only employ one person to run the register, answer the phone and greet people at the door, why is he uncomfortable asking a manager to help check people out? it doesn't make sense. if I could I would go somewhere else but this is the only place in reasonable distance that sells what I need. I loath going through the checkout line. Don't get me started about the key cutting, plan on bringing whatever lock you want a key made for because most of the time the key will not work....and its painful to watch...

Employees are not friendly or helpful, as they lack knowledge of the merchandise and basic business practices.

Had what I needed, when I needed it. Staff was eager to be helpful, though I didn't need it.

This ace is the most frustrating store I shop at. It's poorly managed. I never get the help i need and usually end up going elsewhere afterward. Today they wouldn't cut a cheap key blank for me even when I offered to sign a liability waiver then referred me to a closed locksmith. I wish ownership or management would overhaul their hiring and service policies. Heading to Lowe's now for actual help.
