This company has by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought two large furniture items and paid close to $100 to have them delivered. When they arrived one of them was the incorrect item, although my receipt clearly itemized what I should have received. Mind you, there were only two days available for delivery times so I had to take the day off work to be there when the item was delivered. I called the store and had a very pleasant experience with somebody who said they would be happy to make up for the inconvenience as well as hours lost at work, but that they needed to check with a manager before authorizing a refund of any sort. A few minutes later I received a voicemail stating they would be happy to refund my delivery fee, but that i needed to call back with my card number. When I called back, somebody rudely answered the phone and told me they would not refund anything to me and that I was lucky they were not making me pay the delivery fee again. I was appalled. I told him I had just received a voicemail saying they would be happy to do so, and that I was extremely upset that I was being yelled at and treated as if it was my fault the item was incorrectly delivered. Long story short, he basically told me it wasn't his problem and that he would call corporate and see if they would give me a gift card to make up for some of the inconvenience and that I would get a call back. I've called back five times over the course of four months and every time he says he forgot. Next stop is corporate, I suppose. UPDATE: The company reached out to me and profusely apologized for the issue. They refunded me a portion of the money spent and overall did a great job at making this right. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

Pay cash or else you will get scammed just like the payday loan places. I thought it was a good deal. New Washer and dryer for around 600$ total. that we could make monthly payments of 150$ a month on. Yes they had small damage so we got even more of a discount. Great. Well I have payed every month for the last 4mo. (150x4=600$) and apparently I’ve been “Leasing” them. No where did I agree to lease them. Why would I want to rent a washer and dryer??? Now they say I can buy them for 450$?? Total scam... Scott Tucker must own this place.. I’m dissatisfied and disappointed with sears for being associated with this kind of business. I’ll never do business with them again.

REVISED: Adam, the store manager has taken care of all of our issues. Please see the edits below. I don't even want to give one star. Bought a refrigerator and dish washer in December of 2016. The fridge broke in October of 2017. Trying to get someone out to fix it was incredibly hard - it took over two weeks. The tech finally showed up, then had to order parts. They came back a couple weeks later and "repaired". They left and the fridge was STILL broken (my husband kept asking them if they were sure it was fixed and he was assured that it was). Had to call AGAIN to have someone come out. They came out a couple weeks later and again, we are waiting for parts. Now, we have ANOTHER appointment for 12/26. EVERY time I tried to speak to someone, they gave me the number for their repair people...in the Phillippines (and they really don't care). Called and spoke to Adam and others at the storefront and have yet to have a call back. They truly don't care about you once you give them their money. Zero customer service. I will NEVER go back to Sears and am letting anyone and everyone know the fact that once you make a purchase, if it breaks, you are on your own. They already have their commission in their pocket and I still have a broken fridge. Happy holidays. *Edit: They came back out today to fix it. They ended up ordering even more parts and we have another appointment on 1/9/18. This is ridiculous. *Edit: They didn't send the right parts so now they are coming back on 1/19/18. Going on TEN weeks now with a broken fridge. *Edit: My husband and I found the exact same fridge (ours is bisque and matched our other appliances) on the website for the Clackamas store. I sent the info to Adam, the store manager and after several emails, he told us to call him to see about swapping the new one out for the broken one. He said he would make time to talk to us. My husband hung up after 20 minutes on hold. We are going on 11 weeks now with a broken fridge. I truly don't know what to do at this point and no one is helping. *Edit: Adam is going to replace our fridge... *EDIT: ADAM HAS TAKEN CARE OF US AND WE NOW HAVE A WORKING FRIDGE!

The other day I purchased a Samsung Flex Duo. I got a hell of a deal because it was a floor model and they had an excellent discount on it. The employees I talked with, Andrew and Adam were incredibly helpful with all of my questions. Thank y’all.
