I’m lucky enough to have this be the closest hardware store to our farm. The staff is friendly and willing to help you solve a problem. There is always enough staff — this is the only place I have ever shopped where you will always be able to find an employee to help you. Not counting maybe Nordstrom’s and buying a car, but Ace doesn’t have the sales pressure. :) I also recently learned I can shop online with free store delivery, which makes it handy when looking for uncommon items. Once in a while I need to go hit a specialty store but 95% of my hardware trips begin and end here.

Today we visited their garden center to buy some plants for spring planting. Abigail greeted us in a very friendly manner and had us both laughing. Also, the gal at checkout was smiley and helpful. It's so easy to find someone to help if we can't find what we need and they have great product selection at great prices. Highly recommended!

Great local hardware store, friendly KNOWLEDGABLE staff! I choose to shop at ACE to support local businesses in the community. There is a Lowes and HD within 4-6 miles of the store but I like local business's. I in turn EXPECT greater customer service. The owner of this store needs a refresher course on CS. He lost a customer over $10!!!! I've used this store for ALL of my construction needs for the past year and a half. I just finished building 168 homes near the store. I AVERAGE $1600 PER MONTH in this store for all my misc needs. That's just under $30,000. I purchased a chair that needed assembly and once I was home I realized there were no instructions AND no hardware. From that moment on.... the customer service went right into the toilet!
