Been in here probably a dozen times and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Product is always well stocked and organized compared to other Harbor Freight stores I've visited.

Piss poor performance because they never keep high priced inventory in stock. You may find lots of the nickle and dime stuff there (they pride themselves on that) but it appears as if the manager is too chicken to keep anything costing more than $100.00 on the store shelf. They lie by saying it will be in next week and when you show up the manager says sorry and sends you to another store somewhere else in the Puget Sound. This store sucks.
