After finding a small leak under our kitchen sink, my husband decided he could do a super simple valve switch by himself. This twisted piece of pipe was the result as well, as bigger leak than we originally started with. Naturally this was on the weekend so I was expecting to have sell my organs on the black market to pay for the repair and call out fee, but a nice guy named Damien showed up within the hour, quickly fixed the issue, and luckily my husband will live to see another day because we paid MUCH less than I was anticipating.

TERRIBLE! Told me they had availability to take a look at a leaky faucet but when I told them I was a property manager she said they didn't have time (because they expect payment at time of service). Not sure why people don't assume I am not going to provide our company Visa! WOW! Lovely people.

No shows from Carencro!
$87  to tell me I have a leak and need to call a leak detection service.
I know I have a leak; that's why I CALLED in the first place!
Called the next day to get them out to repair the leak now detected.
Called again; be there tomorrow.
Called again; be there tomorrow.
Aucoin's Plumbing did the job and did a good job.
These jokers called three weeks later to say they are ready to do the job.

It would be nice if I'd get a call back for an emergency.   No one seems to work the 24 hr. Dispatch that's advertised.

I could not have been more pleased with my service experience.  The technician was very nice, wore shoe protectors, and gave us a price before he started working to repair the situation.  He also kept us informed as he was resolving the problem.  The work was guaranteed for 30 days.  Within that time frame, we had the same problem come up again, although for different reasons; nonetheless, the company did not charge us for another service call.  The company also phoned a few weeks later to check on things and to see if we were pleased with the work done, which, of course, we were!  I definitely recommend this company!
