I understand they are busy so is everyone else with work but they were so rude and unprofessional, was very disrespectful to my mother. I would never recommend them to anyone. Did work half way and when they were called back of a continuous leak they still had an attitude about it. 24 hours? That’s a lie. Had to hire someone else to finish the job correctly. Not a trustworthy company use someone else, very disappointed.

When other plumbers said “2 weeks”; Roto Rooter said “tomorrow”. Todd was very professional and pleasant. He enjoys his job, which leads to great customer satisfaction. While we had to schedule for more work than I expected, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the job.

The guy came out that morning,and fixed the problem within 45minutes,cleaned up his mess lol and was very nice,responsibly priced,I would definitely recommend them. Thanks so much,yay we have hot water now.

Todd Billiot was my technician and was fantastic.  He uncleared 2 different lines in my attic during August heat and came out with a smile.  Very highly recommended.
