Wish this store was bigger and had more available check outs. Cozy but small so it limits stock. Prefer here because it's close to me but if I need more selection I have to go down the road to one of the bigger chain stores. They offer self check out but that always has a line too. Customers get frustrated because of the long wait. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Parking is typical for a grocery store.

I have been going to this same acme for about 30 yrs. The staff and also the food products I get have always been top shelf and still are. Thank you for taking good care of me

What a horrible experience. I was trying to get about 20 items through the self checkout, and there is a tiny area to place items that have been scanned. That area fills up quickly, but if you try to remove a scanned item to put it in the cart, it flags an alert, and someone from the store has to clear it. This happened no less than 8 times, and each time we had to flag down the employee, who entered whatever code to clear the issue and walked away without a word. No explanation of what we were doing wrong, nothing. I believe we were in the checkout process for no less than 30 minutes, no exaggeration. Then when we went to finally pay with a credit card, it flagged us again, saying a manager had to verify the signature. We waited at least another 10 minutes for the manager to show up to clear that error. Again, with no communication except a mumbled apology for the wait. In general the employees seemed to to be miserable and indifferent to the customer's experience of their store.

I, personally, am not a fan of this particular acme markets. I have been to others and in my opinion, the design and layout ofhis store can be confusing. I feel like there is no reason or rhyme in how it is set up. It always seems congested, like it's very difficult to navigate a without running into someone. This particular one would be more appealing if maybe the aisle signs were easier to see/read, and also if the layout was set up from a consumers point of view.

I love Acme markets. Sales are always good and plenty of stock in this store. Employees were very helpful to answer your questions and get more stock for you.
