Easily one of the best priced gyms in the area. The place is kept spotlessly clean by the ever cheerful staff. The instructors also do a great job by taking an interest to everyone’s fitness goals, and seeing to it that you’re on course to achieving them. I love that a lot.

Coach John and Lori skilled experts who are great at working with people who have had injuries. It's nice to have trainers who can actually improve painful regions.

Action Fitness has changed my life in so many ways. I came to them for a free consultation, using a wheelchair. After the last of 4 spine surgeries, I was looking for a personal trainer who had knowledge of the spine and body mechanics that might be able to help me get some strength back into my legs and core. Three months later, I have lost 12 lbs. and 15", secondary to being able to lift my legs that I had not been able to do in years. There are numerous areas of daily living that I have used an aide for and I now am able to do these things by myself. The care and personal coaching, that I have been receiving, has far surpassed anything that I have seen from other trainers that I have talked with. The exercises are set up and adapted to ea. person's ability, my health (Diabetes and Osteoporosis) has been taken into consideration when putting together my workout program and watched carefully with each workout, and the accountability and one-on-one care is fantastic! Everyone has an accountability coach who keeps in touch with you weekly. I have just re-signed up for the next 3 months and plan to keep going. I am stronger and more flexible than I have been in years. I can't wait to see what I am able to do in 3 months.

John takes fitness to a whole new level - it's not just about physical transformation but also about transformation of your mind. Yes, I said that. From my own experience, not only I lost some 20 pounds but totally changed my sleep, eat / drink, and lifestyle patterns. Being self employed led me to a journey of laziness with all the outcomes, but John completely reversed how I look at my meals, drinks, sleep, workout and myself. Wish you to experience the transformation I did!

I have been a member of Action Fitness for four months. In that time, I have lost both pounds and inches and have gained a much greater appreciation of what my body is capable of doing. With the encouragement of the coaches and other members, I push through to new personal bests nearly every week. Personal training focuses on strengthening core and overall strength; classes focus on interval training to help boost metabolism and cardio health. The classes change daily and I really enjoy the variety of the workouts. The support from the staff and the other members is awesome. Action Fitness is a real community, not just another gym. Come check it out!
