Overall, this gym is very lousy.  The main problem with this gym is the customer service.  Don't take my word for it... just read what 80 percent of all reviews for this gym says.  Most people who write reviews on this gym,  will mention first and foremost that the customer service is absolutely awful.  And not only that.... but they flat out don't even care about it.  They figure they already have enough business, so they could care less how their members feel and/or are treated.  And also FYI.... most of their reviews that are 5 stars (not many anyway), are fake ppl.  They are really members of the company and corporate, trying to falsely write good reviews for themselves to boost their rating.  So if it shows an overall 2 stars (which is what it's showing as of now).... then in actuality, it's really a 1 to a 1 and a half star.  Let that sink in for a second.  Good luck on making a decision on which gym to join.  Hopefully after reading this review and along with many other ones about this place, you'll be wise enough not to sign up with a gym that has absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.  Again.... the customer service at this gym is literally one of the WORST.  It is beyond Poor..... and even arguably racist, too.  Do yourself a HUGE Favor and stay away from this gym.  You have been warned.

This place is great. Anytime you workout with someone a "trainer" approaches you and tells you, "if you continue to personal train your partner you're going to have to leave". Between these reviews online and WOM, they're doing great. Nothing like having a business where the most reviews are one star. Good job management 👍.

The facility is poorly maintained. The pressure in the steam room very low; does not work properly. Part of showers are usually broken; hot water does not run in some cases. Front desk does not seem taking claims seriously.

They won't fix equipment. I sent multiple text to their "fix it" number. Bike still doesn't work. Isn't the first time this has happened. This happened with the stair masters as well. They will leave half function equipment out as long as the can, doesn't matter how many time you text or tell the staff. Too bad I paid for two years of membership in advanced so now I am stuck here.

Love working out  here!  This medium sized gym offers a warm, friendly environment and a neighborhood feel.  All of the trainers and staff are always friendly and helpful, the place is always clean, I can always get to the equipment I want, when I want.  It's a gym for grown-ups
