TITLE Boxing Club Fairfax is a boxing and kickboxing fitness club that offers group classes, personal training services, and retail merchandise. Our signature Power Hour boxing and kickboxing classes are led by professional trainers who will take you through a rigorous and intense workout like no other. The first 15 minutes of each class consists of various cardio/warm-up exercises, followed by 30 minutes of heavy bag work, and then 15 minutes of abs/core exercises.
