These people go the extra mile for customers. They solve problems with insurance companies, with doctors' offices, and with suppliers. They are really an essential part of my health team. They have been my pharmacy since the 1960s. In that time, ownership changed, but the excellent service did not.

As a professional homeopath I have been ordering from Acton for years. In the past two years, however, there is a downturn in their customer service. I am left on hold for several minutes, when someone checks on why I'm holding, I can hardly understand what is being said, while I'm listening to a recording about how wonderful their customer service is...disappointing.

They are great, friendly, and fast.

I have used Acton Pharmacy for years. AP is more than a pharmacy. It is my local pharmacy. I prefer it 1000 times more than mail order where orders get bollixed and distance works against easy resolution of any problems.

They are first rate pharmacists. The service is always friendly and prompt. Carol and John are always helpful. 

I leave with revery question answered confident in the quality of the medicines I have received.
