Actually clean is the best carpet cleaner I ever had in the last 33 years in Fort Collins.  I have used their service 3 times so far and have recommended them to friends.  Their prices is competitive with other carpet cleaners, do a great job and are always on time.   Thank you so much Derek and Cole.

Amazed how clean our rugs turned out - no more pet odor and stains out.  Like the "green" solution they use - doesn't have any smell.  When cleaned the carpets in the house again no strong smell or anything which was important to me being pregnant and with 2 little ones in the house.  Also really appreciated the care they took in putting up corner guards to protect our stair posts/corners from the hoses when cleaning inside.  Also thought price was fair after using a different company in the past.  Great experience with Actually Clean and won't hesitate to use in the future.

We hired Actually Clean to clean the grout on a very old and pretty gross shower. Dirk got right back with me to arrange a time. He was courteous, professional, and, most importantly, did first-rate work. The shower looks like new! I will definitely hire this company for other jobs in the future.

I have had a sick dog in my house and you could tell walking into it. It smelled like a dog kennel. I called Actually Clean carpet cleaners and they were able to come that day and get it cleaned up. After they left we were able to breathe again. The carpet was dry within a couple of hours. We had used other carpet cleaners in the past and they carpets were wet for days and smelled worse after they were done. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Actually Clean really surprised me.  I have children and pets and both have taken a toll on my carpet.  Dirk and his team were on time and took care to place these corner guards so the hoses wouldn't scratch my paint as they went around corners.
Because i have pets i had a  little bit of a funk to get rid of and they used this "green" product that left no icky smell afterwards!  
I picked them because i liked that they use such hot water to kill germs and they are green-friendly.

I dont write reviews usually..but i had to this time.  I highly recommend Actually Clean to everyone.  i will absolutely use them again!

If you want a really clean carpet... call these guys!
