I had several shirts that had stains which I couldn’t remove. These stains were caused by a malfunctioning dryer. Van’s removed all the stains very quickly! This is great news since I thought I would have to replace these shirts with new ones.

Customer service!!! Sandy is a ray of sunshine and a genuine person. A couple times I had a double crese in my pants but this was really minimal. I stopped going to Amy's and do all my dry cleaning with Sandy now at Van's Dry Cleaning. She sewed some buttons for me as well and she is a fabulous job, looked better than the day I bought them!!!

I called this afternoon, December 16, 2013 to find out if they replace broken zippers. The woman who answered the phone said that they do in fact replace zippers. I ask about the total cost of the repair and described the pair of pants. The woman quoted me $18.00. I asked about the type of zipper that would be the replacement. The woman told me that they could not guarantee what color the zipper was going to be. I explained how the zipper would absolutely have to be black and that I would like to see the exact zipper that would be sewn into my pants. The woman told me that is something they cannot do. I replied with an ok, and the woman said goodbye. Needless to say, I am not having my zipper repair done here and will not use any of their services in the future.
