This place is horrible. No one here can speak English well. At least half there customers they have. They force them to pay. And to top it off. If your a race that's not white. Your not welcome to be there. Good luck.

I have been to this dry cleaner twice and so far have had only good results.

It seems doubtful that an additional review will have any impact on the way that the owners and employees of Amy's Green Dry Cleaning run their business; hopeful it will help someone to avoid it, however.  When presented with a lost order of 4 shirts on their delivery service, the employees didn't know how to respond or seemed not to have concern.  When emailing directly with the owner, the lost shirts weren't a concern....but a policy of repayment for claim was referenced. When speaking with the owner on the phone, I asked why no concern or apology was ever offered and the response was "There was no record of your order. We're only giving you a call back because of the company you work with; we've been doing this a long time and we don't have these issues of lost items and when we do, the customer has usually left the item at a competitor and forgot about it. I can apologize until I'm blue in the face, but it won't do any good."  

I'm not sure if he was trying to emply that I am trying to take advantage of them by claiming a lost shirt on something that I never submitted to the company; it certainly seemed that way from my perspective.  Regardless, my life will go on and I will purchase different shirts to replace the lost ones.  I wish them the best in business and hope they can improve customer relations.

The owner's quickly issued a check to recover the lost items as they said they would and promptly sent it to the provided address.  I would say, in my opinion, this displayed a lot of integrity.  Although I didn't appreciate their direct interactions with me, I'm happy to see the follow through as agreed.

STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU KNOW ANY BETTER! I am not surprised there are nothing but negative reviews about this place. HORRIBLE customer service, none of their staff ever knows what is going on and terribly unfriendly and poor communication skills. They ruined more than 3 of my pieces of clothing over the years and make it impossible even to get a refund for the "services rendered" that ruined the clothing in the first place. They lost a good customer over $12.10 and never even offered to make it right. Any of the times they ruined my clothing. I am surprised this place stays in business. BEWARE!

Worst customer care EVER. I am amazed a local business treats their customers like they do.  After 3 separate attempts to pick up an item that was to be ready days prior, I received no apology or sympathy for the inconvenience.  They were extremely rude and I will not be going back.
