We began the building process with Adair Homes in April of 2014. From the very start, Margaux Cannon has proven an excellent contact to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always prompt with her answers. Margaux continues to be available to us for any reason, always willing to answer questions and provide updates. We are so excited to see how all the decision making comes together in our final product: a beautiful, new Adair home! Much thanks to Margaux and the wonderful crew at Adair for making our building process so enjoyable and exciting.

Margaux helped us custom draw our new beach home and followed the building process thru final. She even went out of her way to check out our lot while on her family vacation to fully understand the dynamics of the location ... and then sought out local experts that could answer the specific questions that we had regarding building so close to the pacific ocean. She never wearied of answering our questions..... and made sure that the build that was taking place for us hours away, was being handled properly - while keeping us in the loop, as we wanted to be as big a part of the build as possible. We are really happy with our new home and would build with Adair again. The build went SUPER smooth .... even the neighbors were impressed! Carl and Sally Curry

It has been a pleasure dealing with Margaux Cannon and the crew at Adair. We Offically just started the process of building and its exciting to see it finally taking shape. The process is awesome they are very fast and there is nothing cheap about the home from what I've heard people say. They have a quality product and the people there are very helpful I look forward to continuing the relationship with Margaux and the crew there with Adair throughout our home build. They make a great product and we are eager to have our first home and are happy we chose Adair.

We are in the beginning phases of building our home with Adair and have had the pleasure of working with Margaux Cannon. She is very reliable, professional, personable, helpful, and hardworking. She has helped us to customize a house plan to make it fit our needs and she has gone above and beyond to make sure each and every detail has been attended to. We are very grateful to have found a person who is so engaged and dedicated to helping us build our dream home!

Margaux at Adair Homes has been fantastic to work with. I'm currently in the process of Adair building my home here in the Tri-Cities. As a single mom I was very nervous to take on such a big project by myself, but with the help of Margaux I have been put at ease knowing she is right there to help me. With many questions Margaux gets the answers quickly and always has a great attitude and works hard for her customers. I'm so glad I went with Adair and look forward to the next couple of months working with them.
