Adam Hobbs is easy to relate to and a laid back agent who is very approachable. He also maintains the appropriate professionalism needed to get things done. The problems with businesses these days is often we find the business man who is not approachable or who is too unreliable. Hobbs maintains that needed balance. His staff answers your calls and/or returns them quickly. They are also good about breaking stuff down so it is easier for their customers to understand policies, payments, etc. Even though I am moving out of town I am keeping the same agent!

These guys are absolute crooks. They miss billed my policy so that insurance lapsed on one of my cars, when I figured out the amounts weren't billing right, they told me I would owe 2 months in order to resume my policy on my little car. On top of that, my policy was going up because of the mistake. I asked to have some time to think about it. I was threatened that if I didn't stay with them, it would negatively affect my next policy with who ever I went to. Next thing I know a month later they automatically withdrew a 170$, I wad told it was on my suv even though I only owed 66$ a month on it. Basically there is no professionalism and no one knows what their doing. I will never go to this office again.

My husband and I had recently married and moved to Grand Junction, CO, and were new to being on our own.  Adam helped us immensely in understanding life insurance policies, getting car insurance, renters insurance, looking at car loans, and overall having fun in a new town.  Totally recommend him!

Adam Hobbs State Farm has been easy to work with. I have both motorcycle and renters insurance and am working on getting life insurance. Hobbs and his staff work at getting you the best deal possible in pricing and get back to you with results.
