I called to get a quote on homeowners insurance from this branch in August 2017. I was closing on a new home the following month. The receptionist who took my information "Tiara" was very rude. I had previously got a quote from this company ten years ago. I liked the insurance agent who gave the quote, so I thought I would call this company back. When i told Tiara this she asked who the agent was. I said I had no idea it had been ten years. she said "well that doesn't help me much". Later on in the phone call she insulted my age. She said "i sounded young and didn't know what i was doing". I asked only for homeowners insurance no auto. This upset me ( i am no spring chicken) but what happened on a later phone call really mad me angry. 
  I decide to go with another company because they were $400 less expensive. However, I received 5 phone calls in a week asking if i was going to go with them. i finally returned their phone call after the last call. Tiara answered and i said i had chosen to go with another company. I also said i did not appreciate all the follow up phone calls. one call for a follow up is more than enough. She laughed and said " yeah i realized that when i called your lending agent and asked if you had chosen a insurance agent". At this point I was very upset. who calls a lending agent asking if a client has chosen insurance coverage? Then when i expressed how upset I was she laughed. needless to say, i will never go with this company no matter how good their future prices. I find them rude, pushy, and felt they stepped over the line by calling my lender.

Before my family and I met Marce all I cared about was the price of insurance instead of the quality of it. I had no idea how under insured my family was. I sleep better knowing that my family is protected. I had never before heard of the Cash Back program. I doubled my coverages and dropped my premiums by $780 a year and will receive an additional $680 on my Cash Back giving me free homeowners insurance. Taking the time to meet with Marce has helped my family receive more coverage and save more money. I would recommend to everyone grab your policies and have him give you a personal in depth review!

Before I met Marce, I never really understood what kind of insurance I had. No one had taken the time to sit down and explain everything to me. I thought I was saving money, but I was really putting my family and everything that I had worked for in jeopardy! With the Cashback program from American  National Insurance,  now I really am saving money, but more importantly I know that I am protected incase anything every happens to my autos or home. 
I had every kind of insurance except the one that mattered, I know if anything were every to happen to me.  I know that my wife and my kids will be taken care of!!!  I can sleep much better knowing that.
