Great service. First of all, they tow with AAA, and that alone is enough for the 5 stars. However, they had my car fixed, no appointment, in less than 24 hours, and for a very reasonable price. All the while they were in contact with me letting me know what was going on. Would highly recommend their services.

Adams Automotive has always been a dependable place to get my vehicles serviced. The people there a friendly and knowledgeable, they really explain what they need to do in a way I can understand. They also don't push unneeded repairs, only let me know what to watch for in the future. I would give them 6 stars but there are only 5 on this review!!! I hope to never have to use their tow trucks, but it is nice to know they are available.

I can't say enough about the service I received. We were traveling through Wisconsin and had a flat on the Interstate. We called for a change of  a tire and found our spare to be bad. The driver said we can tow it to the shop and repair the tire. Thankfully, they had a chance to repair the tire and get us on our way in less than an hour. My family appreciates the great service!!!

I currently have a flat tire so I called AAA (6pm), they said someone from Adams Automotive could come tow my car and they'd be here by 7:10pm at the latest but probably earlier. 

At 7:45 no one was here to tow my car yet. I called AAA to see if they knew what was happening and they said the tow truck driver had been delayed but hadn't updated me. Nice customer service. After the very nice AAA rep spoke with Adams Automotive, she  reassured me someone would be over with a tow truck by 8PM on the dot at the latest.

As I'm writing this it's 8:06 PM and I am still waiting for someone to show up to tow my car.

Update: tow truck made it and the guy was very nice and flexible with our options tonight (+2 stars)
