Amazing service, and top of the line mechanics means you only visit once to get your car fixed. Extensive inspections to evaluate exactly what your car needs, and no pressure to fix things - you choose what you want to get done, and they always call beforehand. Free loaner cars are the icing on the cake. 10/10 best shop in the metro area.

We’ve been customers of Miller Brothers for 15 years. Aaron, Scott, and their team have always done quality work with integrity. They consistently get client approval before proceeding with any additional repairs, and never use pressure tactics. Inspections reports clearly identify safety concerns.  Ian at the front desk, or one of the Miller Brothers, are always more than willing to explain repairs and answer your questions.  They honor warranties, and provide comfortable loaner vehicles. Their maintenance recommendations helped us keep our used 2003 Windstar running great for 9 years, until we sold it to our neighbor, and our 2000 Cavalier running well after 10 years, in addition to other vehicles over the years.

This is the greatest auto repair shop on planet earth.  They have the absolute greatest customer services!!! They provided me with a full breakdown of repairs needed in order of importance with pictures,  videos,  and text descriptions which made me feel completely empowered to make informed decisions on the repairs I wanted to do and in what order I wanted to do them.  They also went over every recommendation in detail with me and answered all my questions without a hint of pressure or inpatients. So refreshing💖 They were able to get the repairs done quickly and even picked me up and dropped me off so I didn't have to arrange a ride.  Love this shop and will be a customer for life!

Very thorough and honest service. I was shocked at the cost of the assessment compared to other service centers I have used. In the past, I've paid twice the cost for an inspection and in the past the shops would only inspect the "section" I was having problems with. Miller's gave me a bumper to bumper inspection for half the cost and applied it toward my final cost. Timely repair and full explanation of work done. No hidden charges or costs. They also treated me with the utmost respect. The customer service was amazing from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted with "Hello". The small things matter! We will definitely be back.
