I have had multiple roofs and new construction done by this company and the work was always done right the first time and it was always done on time. I couldn't be happier with the service and work ethic the Adams & Son workers showed every day.

MY OFFICE ROOF IS A MESS AND HE DID NOT FIX IT AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT TO DO SO. 
DOES CHEAP RIGGED JOB.
VERY UNPROFESIONAL INCLUDING THREATS. 
WILL NOT RECOMMEND ADAMS TO ANYONE. 
HE USES LABOR WHO CSN BARELY DRESS THEMSELVES. SMOKING CIGS EVERYWHERE. PITIFUL SKILLED PERFORMANCE.
WOULD NOT EVER USE ANY COMPANY THAT DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS GUY.
AND WARN EVERYONE HE IS ONLY AFTER YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM CHECK.

CURRENTLY INVOLVED IN TAKING ACTION AGAINST HIM AND HIS COMPANY.

Branden's crew replaced my roof last September.  They did a great job - the roof looks fantastic.  They even removed and hauled off my old DirecTV satellite dishes!  Last month, I called again to have them install gutters.  They matched the trim on my house perfectly.  Branden has been great to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The reviewer who complained about prices must not have checked with any other reputable roofers because Branden's prices are very reasonable.  If you want a professional job done at a fair price, Adams Roofing & Construction is the company for you.

I do not recommend engaging in any type of work with Adams Roofing and Construction. My experience with this roofing contractor was nothing short of horrific. After calling for a free estimate, as his website advertises, he stated he would come out to fix the patches of missing shingles. He had no intentions of coming on site to examine the condition of my roof before beginning work. After questioning his decision, he became very irate and was screaming over the phone using inappropriate language. At that point I decided to look for a different contractor to better suit my needs. To my surprise the owner, who had previously told me that it would be wasting his time for him to come out to inspect my roof because my insurance would never pay for a total redo, showed up to my door to apologize for his behavior over the phone. I accepted his apology and decided that he could do some temporary work to cover the areas of missing shingles until a reroof could be performed. He was on-site with my insurance adjuster and provided an estimate of $300 to do the temporary patchwork. The insurance adjuster was able to inspect the roof for damages and wrote out a claims check. This contractor refused to provide an estimate, written or verbal, until he saw how much the check was for. The amount of my insurance check should have no bearing on what his labor and materials costs would be. I refused to disclose the amount and asked for an estimate before we could proceed. He was very insistent about the amount of my claims check and would not provide an estimate. He began to get very pushy about me signing the contract with him at that moment. It is my insurance and my money that will be paying for these services and I have the option to choose who I want to do work on my dwelling. This contractor displayed behavior that was absolutely appalling. I was only asking him to do something that he clearly advertises on his website. I have never been treated like this by any other contractors in my life. The owner of this company is very ill-tempered, unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills. It just seems fishy to me that he needed to see the amount of the check before he would quote me a price so I refused to sign any contract with him. After declining to work with him, he now raised his price that was first estimated at $300 to $750 for the temporary patchwork and demanded that I pay him within 7 days or he would file a lien. On top of that, he fabricated stories about his subcontractor falling off the roof while doing the work and needed my insurance information! Please note that his website claims that he is insured, licensed and bonded. I immediately stopped communicating with him because he had become so angry that he was using vulgar language and trying in every way to intimidate me into signing a binding contract with him. It does not end there the nightmare continues, I began receiving hateful text messages and at the same time, while still trying to win me over as a customer, he offered to give me $750 back of the insurance check if I let him do the job! This contractor clearly reeks of desperation, is very ill-tempered and not pleasant to work with. His behavior was absolutely appalling and I refuse to do business with people who use bullying and intimidation as their means of operation. There are many other contractors who provide written estimates upfront that will treat me with respect. Needless to say, I will find help elsewhere.
