My water heater leaked all over my basement on a Friday. They came out and replaced it that day! In addition, they uncovered another problem that could have left me without water for the weekend or until I could get a plumber in to fix the problem. Instead they stayed late to guarantee I had water. Thank you Cody ?I think... and Hayden! You guys were a blessing! 5+ stars!

My Plumber recommended this company to service my RO and water softener systems.  Right from the first conversation I could tell they didn't want to offer their services. The conversation felt very combative and was done through their online chat system.  After what I felt was an unnecessarily long conversation to request a service call they eventually gave me a date to come out. The date came and went with them never showing up. I haven't heard from them after that initial online chat.  I let my Plumber know so that they can decide on whether or not to recommend this company going forward.  I ended up getting a company from IL to come out which is a shame, because I would have preferred to keep my money local. Although, the IL company was delightful to work with and even offered to overnight some filters for the RO at no additional cost.

I had a minor problem, they remedied it fast and efficiently, the service was EXCELLENT!  I highly recommend Addie Water Systems.  Joe

When you pay your bill, BEWARE!!  If you round up and pay in whole numbers, their computer won't save it and your credit will be forfeit.  They also charge an additional 2.5% to your bill if you use a card.

Very good service they replaced my hot water heater and installed a softener. I normally do all my home improvement work but was informed that Addie was very good to work with by my appliance repair tech that they do great work. He was not wrong. The crew that came out were quick through and informed me that my pipes were old and what would happen when the water came back on. Which I knew but they said they can get all my faucets working again if I needed them to. System instal was great no complaints on anything on my end. Would have been cheaper for me to do it but not by much they were in and out in under 3 hours and my softener need to have a drain added to the other side of the basement. If you need it done call them. Great work.

Had a water softener go out on me after quite a few years of use. Addie water did installation good equipment, good employees, fast, decent price, Took me a few months to pay, installation was in March paid August 9. Told them on the phone my situation had moved to Arizona did not like the job, moved back was a little low on money needed a little time to pay. Someone named Terry called me, it was the most pleasant phone call I ever had , with if you don’t pay I’m gonna show up and push your door in and take my equipment back. Honestly I felt like it should go to collections would’ve been better threat instead of saying I’m gonna come over and building dwell in your house which holds 12 years six months in the Wisconsin justice system glad you guys did not go through glad you guys waited till I paid. They told me Terry was the owner Had asked if I would like to speak with him I don’t know what that would really do because he’s the owner if it was an employee something could be done. All I can say is pay your bill on time otherwise you might get a weird pleasant sound voice threat on the phone

They put in our water softener and iron filter several years ago. I've found them to be very friendly, professional, and customer service oriented. Any time I had a question Terry always got back to me within a day, be it phone or email. When our water heater took a dump we went with them again.

Couldn't have been better. Our 25yr old water softener was leaking, left a message after hour on a Saturday,  got a call back Monday am. Two polite, professional technicians showed up Monday afternoon and installed a new system, took away the old one and patiently answered any questions I had.

Our tank on our Iron Genie had a leak and we were sent a new one. We needed to replace the gravel and media. Dan walked us through step by step on how to replace the old one.  He replied to any concerns we had in hours - not days. Thank you for great customer service.
