Did not fix my issue and I had a VERY bad experience. Referred me to an electrician and charged me a lot of $$ just to say was an electrical issue. Electrician evaluated and determined it was in fact a plumbing issue. Called a second plumber and they fixed right away. I shared the invoices and asked Pertzborn to waive my fee but they refused. I paid for them to do nothing and incorrectly diagnose an issue that was quickly addressed by a different firm.

So I had a leaky bathroom faucet and needed a drain cap... Scheduling went fine, plumber came and was nice. He didn't have the drain cap needed, so had to be ordered. He "fixed" hot water gasket that made the faucet leak. As he was walking to his van, I noticed it was leaking again. Got him back into our house, it leaked at first, then stopped. He was nice said if we had any problem with it they could fix it when they return for the cap. It stared leaking again. I called right away and the woman said I would not be charged for them to come and fix it again. She would call me when the cap came in. Super pleasant. Two weeks pass... I called them back. Now there is a new woman (Amy?) who could not honor what the 1st scheduler said because she was no longer with the company. She didn't' have any records from the 1st plumber that it started leaking again. She was quite rude conveying the message. I tried to plea my case. It was clear she did not care. After all, as she said "how do we know it is leaking because of the same problem?" Hmmm... 2nd plumber came, different guy, still nice, and "fixed" the faucet (maybe another gasket?) and replaced the drain cap. It didn't leak for a day. Interesting that the $400+ bill came really fast. Their accounting department must be good. I got a different plumber. The faucet is fixed. 1st time. Too bad. Pertzborn helped us with a clogged drain 2 years ago and were great. I will not be using them again.

We had a clog in the main line. They were able to come very quickly and help. Appreciated the time frame offered and courtesy call before arrival. Ricardo, his coworker, and and all staff on phone were helpful, courteous and efficient. Thank you!

I have had Pertzborn Plumbing at my home numerous times recently. I have called several times to speak with Steve regarding billing questions. He has always been patient and understanding with me and adjusted my bill according to issues I discussed with him. There aren't a lot of companies that would do what he did for me because he felt it was the right thing to do. Steve is an awesome person and employee. I must also say as many times that different service techs have been here they are all outstanding and are truly a credit to their profession and to the company they work for. Tim was here most recently and is absolutely an asset to this company. I have had different employees at my home and everyone of them are exceptional in what they do. Everyone at Pertzborn from billing to the person that answers the phone when you call are the absolute best. There is a reason they have been in business as long as they have and I hope they stay in business for a long time to come. Always call PERTZBORN if you have any problems whatsoever. You will never be disappointed and will always be happy with the work results. Thank God for a business like this that puts customers, honesty, excellent service and integrity above all else, which is very hard to find in this day and age.

Poor service. No follow-up to correct bad job on first repair attempt without additional charges. Had Benjamin Plumbing come out to fix what Pertzborn failed to do.
