ADL auto sales they sold me a bad car knowing that the vehicle had a problem they just covered it up. 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle i found that it had issues. I contacted the owner Mr Kojak he told me to waste my time to go see him once i got there he did nothing, but telling me that he cannot help me. I even proposed him to trad in with a different car he refused. He promised me that he was going to send someone at my place to fix some issues on my car but he never send anyone. When i called him several time but he didn't answer me.They are not honest people to do business with. Not recommended to anyone to buy a vehicle from there according to my experience i had with them. I had to spend over $1000 to repair issues on the car they sold me.

Has to be 5 stars - let me break it down as to why:-

Staff - Andy and Kocak were very personable and friendly - giving me and the Family all the time to look over the car, take it out, and made negotiations quick and pain free - a world away from the high pressure cooker environment of most places. Fast as well, once the deal was done we took delivery that day and had the proper number plates 4 days later  - try doing that at a Main Dealer!

Car - I was looking for a Mercedes ML - having owned 3 previously - and I am VERY picky. After looking at and rejecting over 20 cars for having something - or many things - wrong and/or being overpriced - ADL Auto had a car that I was completely happy with - easier said than done in todays marketplace

Finance - We are  fortunate to be in a position where we have excellent credit, however a lot of banks will only finance you if you go through a main dealer. Andy and Kocak were able to get me an interest rate with a Local Credit union as good as the Big Banks. 

Unless you need a big shiny showroom, people to lick your boots - or twist your arm, come check this place out, all I saw was quality used cars, good prices and great staff!

Purchased two different vehicles from them and still have the first one I purchased with no problems! They were beyond helpful. I highly recommend!

THIS PLACE HAS GREAT PRICES! AND A FRIENDLY STAFF!!! THEY WILL HELP YOU GET IN A CAR THAT SAME DAY!! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY
