Just purchased a 2017.5 Nissan Rogue /Midnight Edition. I have been driving Nissans for the last 13 years. In my opinion the best quality vehicle out there today.AutoNation Nissan of Lewisville went above and beyond to make my car buying experience the easiest I have ever experienced. I shopped on-line they had my vehicle ready to see when i got there and I was in and out in no time w/my New Vehicle. I would recommend everyone here to shop for you New Nissan!

The salesperson was very quick in submitting an attractive discounted price, to which I accepted. He had previously mentioned that certain optional items will be thrown in, to gain the business. When I asked for the cargo cover to be included, the Sales Manager said he could not, so reluctantly I agreed to pay $300 extra, although the Nissan website only quoted this for $210. Then came the Financing part - this was a NIGHTMARE - looking through other reviews, this is a SCAM. The Finance guy made me sign for electronic documents, without showing me details - at the end, when I asked him for copy of document, he said it will be mailed out to me in 3 weeks. I got home and saw one the documents which showed the amount financed and this seemed wrong - so I called the next day and asked for copy to be sent to me - the Finance person, nor the Sales Manager would answer my calls. So I emailed to the General Manager and within an hour the Sales Manager faxed me a copy of the Agreement. After reviewing this, I noted the extras that had been included and complained and they asked me to go in next day, to get this rectified. This time, they printed out a manual agreement, which I could review, before signing. The difference - a staggering $3,375 reduction in the amount financed - no small change by any means. Watch out for the SCAM at the Financing department.

Great experience. I emailed them on this car and asked if they could get to this price. They gave me their price. I then emailed all the other dealers and nobody could beat Autonation’s price. They were all $1500 higher. I called Rich and told him to get the papers ready and I’m on my way. When I showed up Scott was the salesman helping me. He had all the papers ready and took the car to detail. Rich and Scott were very nice. Do your homework. As long as you do, and as long as you know what your talking about, and know your pricing, it’s a fairly easy process.

I wasn't pleased at all.Salesperson lacked experience and the manager kept insisting i was able to contradict my stated monthly payment. I know how financing works, I work in finance. Then to boot they pulled my credit numerous times (around 10 times) as I'm still receiving letters from finance companies. Went across the street to a streamlined dealer, one credit pull, better vehicle, better pricing, better interest rate, better service, and much better treatment.

Dealership did not have the car I wanted, but honored the negotiated price on another vehicle. Read your sales contract carefully. They added dealer installed items to my purchase and I didn't catch it until afterward when the service department called to schedule the install. I was not pleased, but not surprised as this type of behavior is typical for auto dealerships. My biggest irritation is some of the items that were included in this package won't work on my car.
