Presentation is key, and great customer service is included with it. This is a one stop shop for all of you're needs. I was able to find the right boat and bike for myself. With the great knowledge that was shared with me, to help me understand better what I am buying and looking for. Ask for Samantha if you go she will guide you in the right direction for what you are looking for. Awesome Place!!!!!!

I've heard some negative things about the Freedom females but since they have dealerships everywhere I decided to go take a look at a sea-doo. I was pleasantly surprised at what I encountered. I was only there to look but since Samantha provided such an awesome experience I ended up going home with two new toys. Samantha is awesome and really knows her stuff. She answered all of my questions and even offered to meet my family and I out at the lake to help us learn to ride. Don't believe the negative stuff. This dealership offers great customer service at a competitive price. You might find it a tiny bit cheaper somewhere else but you won't get the service that Freedom provides. Go see Samantha. I highly recommend her.

This is hands down the best dealership I've every experienced. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. James runs a first class operation. He and his staff are committed to first class customer service. Samantha "Sam" is a very knowledgeable and competent saleswoman and makes your experience hassle free. She understands the needs of her clients to make sure they buy the right product. She always follows up after the sale to make sure there are no problems or questions. If she doesn't know the answer, She will find out and get back to you promptly. I highly recommend her if you are in the market for a new motor vehicle or watercraft. Chris is the best service manager I've every encountered. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the service department. He gives his customers a personal touch not encountered very often in metroplex service departments. Ne never over promises. His repairs are always done right the first time and completed on time. The entire staff at Freedom is committed to giving you a first class experience that will definitely keep you coming back.

We were very pleased with Freedom Powersports. After looking for a jet ski for quite some time, Samantha ("Sam") was very patient & understanding. Being a purely "fun" purchase, we wanted the right ski at the right deal. She never pushed us to buy nor tried sell us more than what we wanted. However, she was very informative to help knowing what worked for our needs (still didn't try to sway...just provided the facts for each make & model). We've now owned the jet ski for a few months & our whole family is greatly enjoying it! It was a fantastic purchase! (parents of Hudson - not didn't mean to review under his account 😀)

Seem like good people. I test rode an R1200GS here, and they were very accommodating. I ended up purchasing a Super Tenere elsewhere, and one of the techs here gave me a nice used touring screen for it for free!
