I enjoy shopping here! I don't live in Loveland anymore, but will continue to make the trip up from Denver anytime I am looking for unique items and need a little decor inspiration.

As others have noted, the single star is reflective of terrible interactions I've witnessed/had with the owner. Opposite of generous, kind, and open-hearted. Though the wares are high-quality, I will take my business elsewhere due to the toxic personality of the owner. 

Notice that the only 5-star rating comes from the owner herself.

Wow!  Stopped here with family and we have never been treated so poorly by anyone.  The lady with red spiky hair was abrasive, condescending and basically told us to leave as there have been 5 murders and dozens of robberies in the area.  Cute looking shop from road and a great location but the yard art is typical of every other store but higher priced.  Combine the higher prices with the obnoxiously rude worker and there is absolutely no reason to stop here. Keep driving!  (Or you could just stop to annoy her and watch her in action!!!) and make sure to take a picture before you leave--she likes that!
