Dr Lombardi =5 stars  Staff=0
After surgery, I could not get the staff to help me for several days.  I was very sick.   They send you to their voice mail and call when they have time.  Never mind that you just got out of surgery.  They need to have someone you can talk to and not a voicemail for the patients recently out of surgery.  Call back nurse Staff had no compassion.  Great doctor.  Very disappointed how I was treated by them.

I had the same experience and am still going through a bit of that.  The Dr, Jeff the PA, and a few others are awesome in the practice.  But why in the hell are so many important decisions being made by an RN if you call with a question or a pain med request?  Pro tip Dr Lombardi:  A few of us are having some difficulties that Jeff is working through.  But the people who return the questions have to have the crappiest job in your factory.  Its  the only reason I can come up with to explain their demeanor.  Polish that part up and I wouldnt mind calling your practice a factory !
