Listen to the reviews on the front staff and general customer service. They are fine sometimes which is why I opted for 2 stars instead of 1. Since I became a patient here, I have had two doctors leave the practice. The first time I received a nice letter in the mail explaining he was moving out of state and I would need to choose a new doctor. This time I got nothing. When I called in to see why my prescription wasn’t filled, not only did the lady have an attitude but then procedes to basically make it seem like it’s my fault I didn’t call in and schedule with a new doctor. REMEMBER, I DIDNT EVEN KNOW MY DOCTOR WAS GONE! So why would I just randomly call in and ask for a new doctor??? Just annoying to deal with.

I have been a patient of MCMG with the same physician for nearly ten years!!! I love Dr. Boysel and wouldn’t think of leaving the practice unless he left the practice.

Dr Ghiloni is wonderful doctor and knows sign language.

My husband has been here four times. Twice we had to come in for a same-day appointment. They had no problem getting him in. They were very informative and leaned more toward the side of caution in his care. His primary is Dr. Fate. We especially love that not only is he knowledgeable but he takes the time to explain what is going on and talks to you like a human and not an idiot or like he is more intelligent than you because he has a medical degree. He listens to his patients. We both walked out the appointment thinking that we really like him. He explained a condition my husband has been dealing with for over 20 years and gave him a good diagnoses and treatment that should correct it.
